Fresh Start Worlds has begun and superstar 'Scapers are already shooting up the HiScore leaderboard. Check out who's top of the charts here!
Faster levelling continues at the current rate this week with a +50% XP boost, but we're also throwing in a bonus 50% accuracy boost to help you hit your goals (and enemies)! These bonuses will continue to grow each week, so if you like to take things a little slower you can focus on other goals like earning Progress Points or completing quests and catch up on your skills another time!

Wilderness Ruleset Changes
- Characters who have PvP disabled can no longer use the 'Intercept' ability on players with PvP enabled.
Fresh Start Worlds
- Fixed an issue that caused players to disconnect while checking Telos' reward pool while not wearing a Luck Ring.
- Updated the login message.
- Halo Skill Pets' examine texts now correctly display player name and skill XP.
Other
- Special attacks no longer have an internal cooldown matching the player's attack speed. This allows special attacks to be cast back-to-back when using slow weapons.

Community Spotlight
Shining a little light onto community events and activities.
PVM City
The Folks over at PVMcity are running an event to celebrate hitting 500 members!
This event celebrates the huge milestone we have achieved since starting the Discord early this year.
Our goal is to bring the community together and get everyone PvMing. It's open to everyone who plays Runescape, whether or not you currently PvM!
The event will have a points-based system where everyone signed up will be put into teams of five players. We will be mixing the teams up fairly as we can, and the teams will be announced before the event starts.
As a Team, you will PvM around Gielinor grabbing unique drops from a variety of bosses to earn you and your team PvM points. The more points you have the more chance you will be rewarded! You will also be able to get bonus points for completing specific sets, so what path you decide to go on is completely open for discussion with your team. The event will run for approximately four weeks.
