1. Teleport to Karamja using your Amulet of Glory, then follow the route west then south as shown on the map below to Trufitus' Hut in Two Bwo Wannai.
2. Speak to Trufitus and ask him where everyone is. Ask him how you can help the situation and he asks you to find several herbs. Agree to help him.
Snake Weed
Head to south and then south-west until you reach the sea. On the west side you will find some Marshy jungle vine. Search this patiently to retrieve Grimy snake weed. Clean the item and then speak to Trufitus.
Adrigal
Head north of Trufitus until you reach the Cliff and then follow the perimeter east until you Harpie Bug Swarm. Search the Palm tree to find a Grimy adrigal. Clean the herb and return it to Trufitus.
Sito Foil
Head south-west of Trufitus and search the scorched ground next to the fires to retrieve the Grimy sito foil. Clean it and return to Trufitus.
Volencia Moss
Head south-east of Trufitus and search the south-eastern rock at the Mining spot to retrieve a Grimy volencia moss. Again, clean it and return to Trufitus.
Rogue's Purse
Head north of Trufitus again and follow the Cliffs edge until you reach the end of the Beach.
Search the Rocks and then enter the Cave. Head south-west in the Cave and then search the Fungus covered cavern wall. You will retrieve a Grimy rogue's purse after 1-2 minutes. Return to Trufitus.
Congratulations! Quest complete!
