Armadyl Guide
About the boss
Kree'arra is known as one of the most highly profitable bosses in the GWD, mostly due to its chance of dropping armadyl hilts. It also happens to be the only GW boss where you're actually limited to ranging or maging (due to the nature of aviansies). Kree itself can attack with all combat types, maxing up to 71 with range, 21 with magic and 26 with melee. So if it isn't already obvious, you'll be wanting to protect from range at all times. Kree will only use melee if you're not attacking him, so that's something to be careful of, most importantly if you plan on soloing.
Required
Troll stronghold
60 strength OR agility to enter GWD
A rope if you've never been to GWD
70 range to enter armadyl stronghold
Mith grapple
Recommended
Eadger's ruse
90+ range
90+ defence
80+ magic
An armadyl item (pendant from temple of ikov works fine, but be sure to switch to your good ammy for the boss)
A zammy item (zammy bracers work really well, only -1 less range attack bonus than barrows gloves)
Tactics
The first thing you'll need to do as you climb down into GWD, is move yourself south until you get to a huge gap. Use your mith grapple to fly to the other side and you can put on your bolts. Now before you can go in the boss room, you'll need your 40 killcount. You have two options for this. The easiest way to do this is to sacrifice 1 brew and 1 super restore to bring 2 prayer pots. With these, you could go to the arma stronghold entrance and attack as many lvl 73-94 aviansies as you can, just pray range and auto retaliate (you'll want to turn it back off for the boss). The other option is to just attack the aviansies one at a time (and optionally prayer flick). If or when you need HP, temporarily drop things in your inventory to pick up as many bones you can (usually 3-4) and convert to peaches to heal yourself.
Boss
When you're ready to head into the boss room, put on your diamond (e) bolts , sip a sara brew, super restore, and range pot (in that order). Also turn on range protect, eagle eye, rockskin (or steelskin), and optionally item protect. Attack Kree and coast from there. Always stay above 60 HP and make sure to watch your prayer as well. When Kree dies in a solo, you just pick off the minions in order of melee, mage, and ranger. In a duo, have it so the melee and ranger are attacking the same person, and the mage attacking the other person. For trios, make sure that each person is attacking different minion and if there are 4+ people, the additional people can attack whichever minion they want.
Inventories:
Solo:
note1: Bolt pouch contains broad bolts for kc, and diamond (e) bolts for the boss
note2: Storing ruby bolts in bolt pouch and using for the first 40-50% of the kill is optional, I personally don't bother.
