Jubster is level 87 so please keep that in mind when fighting it. Spidine is level 42.

Once the quests and diary are completed, Purchase (Or acquire) 14xRaw Jubbly and as many Raw Lobsters as you can. The Jubbly will be returned at about a 1:3-7 ratio and so you wont run out past the initial cost. The lobster will be consumed. I was running Spidine and On an inv of 14 red spider eggs and 14 raw sardines, it would yield anywhere from 54-64 red spider eggs, so 8,022gp in spider eggs, 560gp in sardines. On avg receiving 58 so lets say 44 (After we remove the first 14, of course after the first load the only thing that will matter is the other mat) 25,212gp.

The Ardougne bank is really close and the mats are not hard to get, and thus results in a fairly low maintenance way to get a fair amount of gp fairly early game. I haven't killed the jubbster but when I get a chance I'm going to see if there is a safe spot to make it even easier. As I am a much higher level when finally doing this I am not sure how this will affect lower level players.

Jubster is melee so it stands to reason one could negate him with protection from melee with prayer.
