---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Let's get this guide started. This is meant for any OSRS player, new or old, to efficiently achieve levels 1-99 in the Thieving skill. Thieving is a very click intensive

skill and takes all of your attention when trainig, meaning this skill is not AFKable. But this skill is worth training as it is decent money and of course you will need

to achieve 99 for the max cape.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

STARTING OFF:

Levels 1-5 Thieving:

Men/Women - NPCs - Level 2

Location: Pretty much anywhere, but best/common locations are Lumbridge Castle (Spawn Area) and Edgeville. It doesn't matter where you go as this will not take much time.

Strategy: Right click these NPCs and left click the "Pickpocket" option. Make sure to have some type of food on you as these attempts may fail and cause you to take damage.

You could also (if pickpocketing in Lumbridge) just pickpocket them with nothing in your inventory or on your character, take damage until you die and lose nothing.

Rinse and Repeat until level 5 Thieving.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Levels 5-20 Thieving:

Cake Stalls/Tea Stalls

Location: Cake Stalls - East Ardougne Market Square / Tea Stalls -  South East Varrock by the square bank

Strategy: So here is the part of thieving where you have 2 different options as to what you would like to do.

-Tea Stalls are safer as you can easily thieve these stalls over

and over without worry of being caught by the gaurd as long as you are hiding behind the stall itself. Downside of Tea Stalls: The tea is pretty much useless.

-Cake Stalls are more dangerous with the chance of being caught by a high level gaurd/knight. Upside: The items you get from this stall are useful at low combat levels.

BOTH STALLS YIELD THE SAME EXPERIENCE

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Levels 20-30 Thieving:

Silk Stalls

Location: Ardougne

Strategy: Pretty much the same thing as the other stalls, just a little more EXP per grab. These silk can also be sold to the silk trader for roughly a 30k gp/hr gain.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Levels 30-37 Thieving:

"The Fued" Quest

Location: https://www.runehq.com/oldschoolquest/feud-the

Yes, you have to do it. This quest also gives you access to "Blackjacking" which is what the majority of your thieving levels will be spent on.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Levels 37-45 Thieving:

Pyramid Plunger Thieving Minigame

Location: Sophanem. You can either run there in the Al Kharid Desert, or invest in a "pharoahs scepter" for a few million gold and use the Jalsavrah teleport.

Strategy: Talk to the mummy to enter the minigame. Make sure to bring food/anti-poison potions or gear with you. There will be specific guides you can look up on

this minigame but at this low of a level you will want to loot everything you can and continue onto the highest level room you can loot. Clear this room and leave through

the exit door. Rinse and Repeat until level 45.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Levels 45-91 Thieving:

BlackJacking

Loaction: Pollvineach (Al Kharid Desert)

45-55 : Blackjack the "Bearded Bandits"

55-65 : Non-Bearded Bandits (Wielding Scimitars)

65-91 : Menaphite Thugs

Strategy: There are guides dedicated to learning how to "BlackJack". But the main idea is you want to lure your NPC of choice into a house/room where it's just you and

that NPC. Right click the NPC and click "Knockout". When the NPC is out cold, pickpocket. The basic action is to knockout once and pickpocket twice.

WARNING: You can fail the knockout. If you fail all you have to do is knockout again right afterwards. If you don't hit knockout again then the NPC will become hostile and

continue to attack you until you reset aggro.

Note: You can still take damage. I personally reccomend bringing noted food and some cash. You can sell the noted food at the genereal store and buy it back instead of having

to run to a bank, reducing EXP/HR

---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Levels 91-99 Thieving:

Pyramid Plunger Thieving Minigame (Around 250k EXP/HR)

Location: Sophanem. You can either run there in the Al Kharid Desert, or invest in a "pharoahs scepter" for a few million gold and use the Jalsavrah teleport.

Strategy: Talk to the mummy to enter the minigame. Make sure to bring food/anti-poison potions or gear with you. There will be specific guides you can look up on

this minigame but pretty much get the the last 2 rooms that you can loot, loot them completely, rinse and repeat. If you want you can loot all of the golden chests in the middle

for a 1/1000 chance at getting your very own PHAROAHS SCEPTER. At the risk of getting poisoned/releasing a swarm....

GOOD LUCK AND HAPPY SCAPING.
