To speed up levels Id recommend getting A pair of boots of lightness If you don't know how to get these i will make a guide later but Ask in clan chat. 

1-10 - Tree Gnome Course 

Travel To the tree gnome Stronghold in the west of the Kandarin Kingdom, The course is on your east as you enter the Stronghold

10-20 - Draynor Village Roof top Course

Head West from Lumbridge till you get to Draynor and climb the rough wall on the most Northern House as in the Picture

20-30 - Al Kharid course

Head east of Lumbridge Through the gate then head south past the Gnome glider and climb the rough wall on the tanners shop

30-40 - Varrock Course

Head North from Lumbridge until you get the the general store head behind it and climb the rough wall

40-50 - Canifis Course 

(requires Priest in peril) Head east of varrock through the pass unlocked in priest in peril and follow the path until you get to canifis There use the tree by the bank to climb up to the course.
