NPC Location: By the entrance to the Stronghold Slayer Cave.
Getting there: Teleport to Draynor Village using an Amulet of Glory then head west to Port Sarim then south of Port Sarim until you reach the dungeon entrance OR if your player-owned-house (POH) is in Rimmington, teleport to your POH using a Teleport to House tab then exit your POH and walk south-east until you reach the Dungeon entrance.
