A Barrelchest Anchor is obtained on defeat of the Barrelchest monster during The Great Brain Robbery OSRS Quest.

Upon defeating the monster you will retrieve a broken anchor which can be repaired for a fee of 230,000 GP by talking to Smith located on the Mos Le-Harmless docks. There is the option of buying a new Barrelchest anchor from Perdu (Lost Property Shop) for a fee of 290,000 GP.

An attack level of 60 and a Strength level of 40 is required to wield this weapon.

It is a powerful crush weapon that possesses a Special Attack capable of increasing the maximum damage that can be dealt by 10% and also lowers your opponent's Defence, Attack, Ranged or Magic level by 10%.
