The Catspeak Amulet (e), when wielded, allows a player to speak with a cat and locate Bob the Jagex Cat's direction of travel.
It is obtained on completion of A Tail of Two Cats OSRS Quest by speaking to Hold in Burthorpe who will request you hand over your regular Catspeak Amulet and 5 Death runes in exchange for a Catspeak amulet (e).
