The Iron hasta is a members-only melee weapon providing equal stab, slash and crush attack bonuses.
Hastae can be created with a Smithing level of 20, by using an iron bar with an anvil while an oak log and an hammer is in the inventory.
You must speak to Otto Godblessed and prove to him that you can make a spear before doing the above.
