The Iron Key (H.A.M.) is a key that can be obtained by killing a H.A.M. Guard in the store rooms of the H.A.M. Dungeon. 

Once obtained, it is used to open a small chest in the north-east side of the store room. This is accessible by pick locking the store room door while a guard is facing away. Doing this while the guard is facing you will result in him attacking you.
