Dust devils are located in the Smoke Dungeon, this required starting the quest Desert Treasure to the point where you look into the mirrors after constructing them during the quest. While inside the Smoke Dungeon wearing a face mask, slayer helmet, or slayer helmet (i) must be worn at all times, removing any face protection against the dungeon smoke may result in a fast death. As Dust devils are melee based attacks, magic defensive armor or dragon hide is not recommended. Dust devils are commonly assigned as a slayer assignment by various slayer masters.
