Leagues VI: Demonic Pacts
Today's the day to roll up your sleeves and embrace the glory of Yama by committing yourself to his Demonic Pacts.
Before we jump into the details of this league, let's give you an overview of how the launch itself is going to happen. Please note: these are the times we are aiming for and we'll keep you updated if there are any changes.
To get started, you'll need to log into an account with active membership. From there, you can head to one of the many worlds in highlighted green with the little trophy icon from the World Select page.
At launch, you'll have around ~150 Leagues worlds to choose from, with some having specific themes to help you find other players for certain activities, like Raids, Forestry, etc. You'll even notice we've added some of the newly launch Brazilian worlds for Leagues this time!
There are 36 US East League worlds in total:
There are 39 US West League worlds in total:
There are 30 UK League worlds in total, from 660 to 690.
There are 32 EU League worlds in total:
There are 13 AUS League worlds in total:
There are 2 BR League worlds in total, which are 696 and 697.

Key Features
We've got a ton of information when it comes to our sixth iteration, so if you're looking for an in-depth breakdown of everything we've showcased, then check out the Get Ready For Leagues VI newspost!
Demonic Pacts
Our new Combat Mastery system gives you way more flexibility with what combat styles you want to specialise in as the Demonic Pacts form a skill tree, something we're trying for the very first time!
While your first point will be spent on the centre pact during the tutorial, from this point on you may branch out however you please, providing that you have unlocked a previous node connected to it. You'll have a total of 40 points to spend if you gain them all from the specific tasks that give them and you have up to 3 full tree resets, by defeating your first three unique Echo Bosses and earn yourselves those sweet, sweet resets.
If you want a helping hand on you build, our friends over at the OSRS Wiki have created a fantastic Demonic Pacts Calculator which also works with their DPS Calculator! Alongside this, we've teamed up with Faux, Sardaco, Zizaran & JonMP4 to give you a couple of recommended build for you to try!
Note: those of you who've been keeping up with the teasers and information we've shared in the lead-up to Leagues VI are likely familiar with the tasks that provide Demonic Pacts points. Following some feedback around 'difficulty imbalance' in certain regions for these unlocks, we've made the following changes to make players obtaining their 40 points more achievable regardless of region choices:
These two tasks stood out as the most 'skill-check' options where your additional power from Demonic Pacts and Relics isn't likely to be a difference maker like it is in many other Pact tasks, so we've brought them more in line with other tasks which can be reliably stat-checked by players with powerful builds, even though some of these tasks may still be more of a grind than others in spots!
Echo Bosses
Theses fearsome versions of iconic bosses return this leagues and while you'll be familiar with all but one of the bosses themselves, the rewards have been reworked to directly work with the Demonic Pacts to help amplify your build.
Battle the original version of the boss for a chance to score an Echo Orb, which will let you fight the more powerful variant, giving you a chance to come away with their exclusive items. All areas aside from Karamja have Echo Bosses, so you'll have a choice of 4 Echo Bosses you can face-off against this time around.
We worked with the wonderful Scritic to create a video all about this league's Echo Bosses and Items, so check it out for more info!
Relics
Of course, just like a PKer without at least one spade worth of loot, what is a league without Relics? Leagues VI is no different in that aspect and we've made sure this versions roster will be one of the hardest to choose from, so beware!
You can find out all the information around the relics by visiting the Get Ready For Leagues VI newspost.
In terms of your unlock thresholds here's what you can expect:
New Starting Location & Area Unlocks
The systems aren't the only things changing this league as you won't be starting in Misthalin for the very first time, in fact, Misthalin is not even available to visit at all! Instead you'll being your journey in a unique version of Yama's Lair and then right after the tutorial you can head into the Shining Kingdom itself, Varlamore!
This presents another twist on leagues most staple version by kicking things off in the most recently released region, which has plenty of content to get lost in! Once you've got your first area unlock, you'll automatically unlock Karamja, with the next three being up to you. Make sure to keep in mind what relics and Pacts you're choosing as theses areas can really make the difference.
What's nice this time around is all areas have the same amount of total points, which gives everyone racing for those top spots, some more freedom!
But when can you unlock your areas? Well that will depend on the amount of tasks you complete:
As an extra bit of information for you Wilderness pickers, we've moved Krystilia into Ferox Enclave to help with Slayer!
Reward Points
Every League brings a new Banner, Home Teleport Animation, and Leagues Outfit, so you can show off your progress wherever you go. Plus, we have a range of new rewards to get your mitts on, including weapon ornament kits, overrides for the Slayer Helm, Thrall Imps, Yama's Throne and Butler in your POH. Check out all out at the "Rewards" section of this blog here. You’ll also be able to get your hands on a series of Trophies, depending on where you place in the final ranking. Note that the rewards are unavailable on launch, but we'll keep you updated once the Leagues VI Rewards shop is open.

Jagex Launcher Improvements
New RuneLite Installations
Today introduces further improvements to the Jagex Launcher, with seamless installation of the popular community led third-party client, RuneLite!
We’ve improved the way new RuneLite users can install the client via the Launcher. Before today, you’d have had to click on “Install” and head to the RuneLite website to install the client. Now however, it is a simple case of selecting RuneLite as your preferred client within the Launcher, clicking “Play”, and the Launcher will automatically install the client for you and then load it.
You might have to wait a few moments for the installer to finish, signalled by the “Play” button changing to a progress wheel.
For many of you reading this post, you won’t notice a change, this only applies to those who do not currently have RuneLite installed. It is also possible to continue installing RuneLite directly from their site https://runelite.net/.
Other Changes
We previously announced that the Easter 2026 Event would be removed today. However, the Easter Bunny hasn’t packed up the stalls and decorations just yet! You now have an extra week to go egg hunting before the event wraps up next Wednesday.
Now, onto the other changes of the week:
