You will need one regular weapon. Weapons with high attack speed are strongly recommended, particularly on route 3, since you must quickly kill any monster that begins attacking your follower.

For fighting vampyres, bring either Efaritay’s aid or any silver weapon, as one of these is required to damage them. (See the section below for more information.)

A snelm is useful when fighting giant snails.

Inventory recommendations:

• Bring a druid pouch to protect yourself against ghasts. Make sure to stock up on charges before beginning the activity.
• The Fire of Dehumidification cannot be used here.
• Bring food both for healing yourself and for healing your follower. Note that your follower will only accept food from the list above once they have taken damage.
• A hammer is needed for the bridge repair event. Alternatively, you can equip a woodcutting axe instead to avoid having to bring a hammer.
• A knife is required to skin snakes and to cut vines during the river crossing event.
• Daggers cannot be used to skin snakes.
