Agility is a very important skill in OSRS as it allows you to run places that can't be teleported to without having to spend as much money on stamina potions/(super) energy potions.
Having a high agility level is required for a fair amount of quests but recommended for almost all of them. Usually it means you'll fail less often on certain obstacles and thus save considerable amounts of time.
1-99 Agility (Without Kandarin Hard Diaries)
1-10 Gnome Stronghold Agility Course
10-20 Draynor Village Rooftop Course
20-30 Al-Kharid Rooftop Course
30-40 Varrock Rooftop Course
40-60 Canifis Rooftop Course (Wilderness course doesn't offer marks of grace, you should probably stick with Canifis)
60-72 Seers' Rooftop Course
72-80 Desert Agility Pyramid (Level 68 Magic + Dream Mentor quest for 'Humidify' spell highly recommended to fill your waterskin)
80-90 Rellekka Rooftop Course
90-99 Ardougne Rooftop Course
1-99 Agility (With Kandarin Hard Diaries)
1-10 Gnome Stronghold Agility Course
10-20 Draynor Village Rooftop Course
20-30 Al-Kharid Rooftop Course
30-40 Varrock Rooftop Course

60-90 Seers' Rooftop Course (Teleporting to Seers' bank makes this course over 50k exp/hour)
90-99 Ardougne Rooftop Course
Agility is one of those skills where doing the relevant quests can save you multiple hours of pointlessly running around in circles. Therefore it is recommended to do all of the quests as soon as you unlock the ability to complete them.
Questing
I know most of you don't want to do all of them immediately, therefore I have picked 3 quests that you can complete relatively early on.
These quests are:
Recruitment Drive
Can be done at level 1 agility and gives enough experience to go from level 1 - level 9 agility.
Troll Romance
This quest has multiple quest requirements but the agility XP reward from this quest is large enough to boost you to level 25 agility.
The Grand Tree
This quest is a requirement for Monkey Madness which you're very likely to complete at some point in your OSRS career.
You can complete these quests whenever you want, after having done them, I recommend that you stick to the rooftop agility courses.
